Natali Sofroniou | Occupational Therapist ADOS Clinician
Natali is a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist with a strong academic and professional background in Cognitive Psychology and Occupational Therapy. Natali completed her BSc in Cognitive Psychology at the University of East Anglia, where her studies ignited her passion for understanding the cognitive and emotional development of children. Natali worked as a research assistant contributing to Developmental Psychology and Occupational Therapy research. During this time, she gained valuable experience collecting and analysing data from children and dementia patients, building a solid foundation in evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
Natali went on to complete an MSc in Occupational Therapy at Brunel University, where she further honed her expertise in supporting individuals with diverse needs. Specialising in working with children and young people with autism, trauma, and learning disabilities, Natali excels at conducting clinical assessments, monitoring intervention outcomes, and tailoring intervention plans to meet the unique needs of her clients. She is passionate about building trusting relationships with clients and their families and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, individualised support.
Furthermore, Natali conducts ADOS assessments for both adults and children, drawing on her experience working within the NHS. This expertise allows her to contribute meaningfully to autism diagnoses, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
Committed to professional growth, she is pursuing a PgCert in Sensory Integration and holds certifications in LEGO Therapy and Therapeutic Listening. Fluent in English, Greek, and Romanian, Natali brings cultural awareness and compassion to her work, empowering individuals and making a meaningful difference in their lives.
